03 — Partnership & roadmap

A simple partnership.
A careful first experiment.

Start small, complement what's already underway at Westbourne and let evidence determine the next step.

Four questions, two complementary roles

Westbourne leads education. TrueTQ builds and operates.

These are discussion principles, not a commercial agreement or a commitment by either party.

Adrian's question
Westbourne
TrueTQ Pty Ltd
Will students learn more?
Set teaching goals; validate pedagogy
Build adaptive tutor; measure progress
Can we trust the answers?
Approve content and standards
Ground, test and monitor the AI
Who carries the work and risk?
Review pilot and safeguard students
Fund, build, secure and operate
Who benefits?
Choose access model and brand permissions
Run service and potential subscriptions
First decision: Does this complement Westbourne's existing AI roadmap, and can a focused pilot safely demonstrate additional value?
Indicative pathway

Build one subject. Prove it. Decide what follows.

A credible first build is roughly 12–16 weeks after scope and content are agreed. A controlled 8–10-week school pilot would then evaluate quality, safety and learning gains.

M1Discovery

2–3 weeks: review existing AI work and confirm a genuine gap.

M1–M2Learning design

One subject, rights-cleared content, safety and acceptance criteria.

M2–M5Functional MVP

12–16 weeks: adaptive tutoring, assessments, controls and teacher testing.

M5–M7Controlled pilot

8–10 weeks: monitor accuracy, learning outcomes and teacher effort.

M8–M9School access

Only if the pilot and school approval support rollout.

M10–M12External option

Optional Westbourne-dedicated subscriptions, subject to agreement.

M = months after a formal decision to explore. All dates are estimates, not commitments. Content rights, safety decisions, resourcing and school review can extend the timetable. There is no proposed expansion to other schools.
Delivery credibility

Technology and execution experience behind the concept.

TrueTQ founder Cristiano Bortoletto brings nearly 30 years of multinational technology services and transformation experience, including 12 years at Accenture Managing Director level, leading complex programmes and more recent AI advisory work.

Background summarised from Cristiano Bortoletto's October 2026 CV. This is not a claim of educational research expertise.

What a good first discussion would establish
  • What Westbourne has already built in AI tutoring
  • The highest-value unmet learning need
  • A one-subject pilot with low teacher overhead
  • Whether a partnership warrants more exploration
The ask

An initial conversation. Not a commitment.

Could a school-guided, separately operated AI tutor extend Westbourne's teaching excellence to more students — affordably and measurably?

Prepared for exploratory discussion with Dr Adrian Camm, Westbourne Grammar School.
